The hotel is located in the midst of stunning natural landscapes, providing ample opportunities to explore and unwind. The staff members are super attentive, and they never fail to help you out in case you need anything. Also, the restaurant offers a wide range of delectable dishes, catering to vegans and non-vegans alike.
While the place has a lot to offer, the rooms could have been better maintained. They need to update the fixtures and fittings to make them more visually appealing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal is unreliable, so don't expect to stay connected throughout your stay.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Best aspects - Staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and prompt to assist. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amazing warm pools and breathtaking firework shows. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The hotel's end-of-the-year party was marvelous with free champagne, chocolates, and live music, ensuring a memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The manager, Alex, was great too! The food was abundant and excellent, we never went hungry! The highlight for us was the natural warm water in every pool, it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. And let's not forget about the fabulous end of the year party! We were treated to free champagne and a box of chocolates, followed by a live band and a spectacular fireworks show. It was truly a night to remember!
Highly recommend this place to all!

The thermal waters were amazing! My skin felt softer and I felt revitalized after soaking in them. The green areas surrounding the hotel were stunning, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the food was delicious and offered a variety of options.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. , the Wi-Fi was not very strong, so it was difficult to stay connected.
